"I chose this hotel for their location. That Holiday Inn Express Kuala Lumpur City Centre delivered on. In general the hotel is in a desperate need of a rehab. From cracked blackout blinds to the dripping bidet shower head to the creaking elevators, it's obvious how tired it was. The breakfast buffet was OK from the choice perspective. But cold congee and soup for the noodles left me cold. "

"Saya amat berpuas hati dengan keseluruhan perkhidmatan hotel ini. Cuma kemudahan wifi dalam bilik tidak mesra pengguna dan susah untuk connect. Justeru selama 6 hari menginap, saya tidak dapat gunakan wifi percuma ini. Siaran rancangan TV juga tidak hebat seperti hotel lain. Perlu perbanyakan lagi movie terkini. Kualiti set TV yang digunakan juga kurang baik."

"The room condition is ok but don't think worth compared to paid amount. The hotel need to spend little more on the pillow because it's not a hotel grade and can cause neck pain. Rest is ok. Watch out for the free parking since the space is very very limited. You might need to leave your key. The gate will be closed after midnight and you might need to wait for a while to in and out"

"It took 40 minutes to just check in. It was terrible experience for me, and super exhausting after 4-5 train trip from Penang. There were no hand towels, no soaps, no shampoo, and the agent of this room recommended for us the different room which I booked. Is that normal??? Is that a genuine service?? If you cal this your genuine service, I will definitely not use Expedia for booking hotels. This is cheating. Terrible experience. That's it."
