"El alojamiento es perfecto con vistas a las petronas tanto desde la habitación como desde la piscina, muy amplio, muy limpio y con lavadora y detergente para poder limpiar ropa. El único pero que le pondría es el desayuno buffet que ofrecen que cuesta 9 euros por persona y no puede ser más escaso. "

"The building is not well maintained. The lobby bathroom stinks and is a tourist turn off. Units are minimally maintained. Bathrooms are dirty to yucky. "

"The hotel is cozy and quaint. Booked the single room but got an upgrade for the standard room which was super comfortable. Had three friends over and it didn't feel cramped at all. The staff are also very nice and hospitable. It's also super close to the Bukit Bintang MRT station which makes travelling so easy. Will definitely stay at Chaos hotel again! "

"On the website it was mentioned that check in time is 3 p.m., however the person in charge told me that the room is only ready by 5 p.m. On the check out day, the person in charge texted that check out time is at 11:30 a.m. and any later than that the guest will be charge extra.
