"Pros: my room was very comfortable and efficient. I liked that it was streamlined and a place for everything you need. I appreciated having the AC, a TV, comfortable bed, paid buffet breakfast if you wish, friendly and helpful staff and great service. Cons: it was hard to find the hotel when the Uber driver drove me to the back service entrance. When I was told to go to the front, the signs were not clear, and she didn't tell me to go up to the 2nd floor. "

"This time, we were given a room with a beautiful view. The hotel has added perfume diffusers throughout, creating a wonderfully pleasant scent. The staff were exceptionally nice and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable."

"Poor internet, no water in lobby. No fridge. Check in did not tell us about ice or housekeeping. Not enough towels. Beds comfortable! Pillows not comfortable, all wadded up. Fabulous location and quiet. Cereals in morning were not marked correctly (needed GF muesli but was granola. Fruit was old (apples)"

"Probably one of our very favourite hotels ever. The property was amazing. Our room(s) had a beautiful view of the canal and was well appointed. Beds were comfortable with excellent bedding. Staff were kind and helpful. We spent some time in the courtyard which was nice as well. Super quaint and lovely!"

"We loved this hotel, the family room was large, the beds comfortable and the bathroom was excellent. Didn’t eat breakfast at hotel as we preferred to go out and eat at nearby cafes. Its position was central and it was easy to walk around Bruges which is exactly what we wanted. The staff were kind and helpful."
