"Amazing staff. The hotel did our laundry for free, delivered to our room in a few hours. The breakfast is fantastic. The pool and gym is decent. It’s walkable to the old town and train stations but there are also frequent buses that stop immediately adjacent to the hotel. We loved Bruges and we loved this hotel."

"Really lacked of enclosed showering, Not used to shower in an open bath. Guests in the room above you could literally hear every step and move. 3rd floor and no lift does not help but since its historic building we can let this go. 2 windows overlooking the canal had beds at them so €330 a night with canal view wasnt quite with canal view unless you open window and peak out while sitting on the bed."

8/10 Good
"The room was quite small and had two small single beds pushed together. They were comfortable enough for our two night stay. The room was clean and we were left fresh towels outside our room as we had a ‘Do not disturb’ sign. The room had a coffee machine, toiletries, safe, mini bar etc as extras. The location was excellent. Just a few minutes to walk into the town centre and it was quiet at night. There was a small car park attached to the hotel but we parked in the public car park just around the corner for half price. We would stay again."
