"I enjoyed staying at this property but I wish I could’ve used my Bally’s info from the Shreveport, La location. I have credits on that account but Lake Tahoe hasn’t merged with that property yet. Need to have a microwave in the rooms too because when we dined at the restaurant Cafe de Soul, our meals were so plentiful that we had to get a to go box to eat later but there wasn’t a microwave to heat up our meals. So we decided to start sharing meals so we wouldn’t waste or have to throw away food....

"I have never been the South Lake Tahoe, but I will definitely come in and stay at this hotel again! My room was exactly what I was expecting and what I paid for. It went absolutely above what I was expecting as well! Although it was freezing the night we came, they still offered complimentary Smore's kits to do in front of their fire! Their pool and jet jacuzzi tubs were heated. We had plenty of parking. Was able to park right in front of my room to keep an eye on my car. Our room patio opened...

"We love the shower it was so nice and the water wasn't hard. The things we didn't like was the room smelled musty everyday and the air conditioner never cut off and we had to keep adjusting thermostat. "

"The property was very noisy when we arrived. It did get quiet in the evening.Great location. We had requested rooms together or close as we were senior traveling together to help each other. One room next door was vacant but we were told it was booked and had 2 single beds. We did say that would not be a problem. No one ever checked into the vacant room. We really do not like to be lied to. The person at the front desk always gave us a different story and was always a different person. "
