"Television didn’t work outlets didn’t work water in bathroom faucet stayed leaking. Reached out to management no one responded. Paid for a double bed gave us a single room. The pictures look nothing like the room you will get. More like a hostel than a hotel."

"The hotel rents their staple for events and the music was loud till 11pm- to the point that the floors in my room were vibrating (our room was right above the banquet space). The room was not cleaned even once during my 3 night stay. Feels that the quality is deteriorating with each stay."

"Overall not bad for what I paid for room was not too spacious but wasn’t there too much anyway while I explored the city, unfortunately could hear most of what Was happening in the hallways especially slamming doors. However, alll things considered for the area it is adequately priced."

"We had a room on the back side of the hotel that had stunning views plus I was thankful for a large bathroom. Wished housekeeping vaccumed more regularly when servicing. Felt safe in the neighborhood."

"Choose this place as a budget stay but would probably stay at the nicer one down the street next time. Recommended if you don’t mind minor issues to save. Not a roach motel but water took long to heat up and my room had water damage. Staff was great and location was great."

"Good for its location, super clean modern room, the only real complaint was how noisy it was. You'd hear anyone leaving or coming to their room. Also had a bit of trouble working the thermostat, but beyond that it was good."

"Adequate hotel if you don’t have other options and don’t want to walk around from where you’re staying. Bed was comfortable and linens were all clean, blackout curtains worked, room was quiet. Bathroom was not as clean as I like to see in a hotel — corners not totally clean and hair on floor and walls. Sink, tub and toilet were clean. I would stay again if need be."

"There’s so much potential for this property to be so much better than it was. Unfortunately, I had to cut my stay short due to a family emergency but I was very relieved to not have to stay there any longer than I had originally intended. I didn’t feel safe and there were numerous things in the room I was in that needed to be repaired. I won’t be back but I wish them well."

"The hotel was safe, clean, and sanitary. The staff was really nice and helpful with anything that was needed. I don't remember the lady that checked me in but I remember reading her name tag and it said "general manager" SHE WAS AMAZING! SUPER nice, very very professional! I would recommend this hotel to anyone and I definitely will stay here again. Tampa FL"
