"This Four Seasons has lovely staff and service and is in a fantastic location. We came to go to Liberty Island, and it was so convenient! The room was lovely, spacious, and thoughtfully prepared for 2 kids, including cupcakes, bubble bath, robes, and Four Seasons style local stuffies. The only complaint is the pool. "Everyone from the valet to concierge to check in and the housekeeping staff exhibit the utmost care and full service you don’t often see in many hotels despite it being a service industry centering in hospitality. We were extremely taken care of and anything we needed were attended to smoothly and promptly. Love having text ability also for the service team to check in and let guests know they can easily have needs met easily and well met! Would happily recommend and look forward to staying...

"Incredibly helpful staff. Having a kitchenette and full breakfast with lots of good choices made the stay with my young grandson much easier. Everything was clean and in good condition. Convenient location with a local market at the end of the block, a subway stop a block and a half away and many great restaurants within easy walking distance."
