"The stay in downtown Nashville was amazing. The place was very clean and the rooms were comfortable. The family room area was spacious enough for the 6 of us, and the kitchen was equipped with everything we needed.The natural design of the apartment was very appealing and the furniture was functional, stylish and comfortable. The only issue was that the barn doors for the second room did not adequately cover the room and did not lock. I think that room would benefit from double doors that close...

"The hotel is amazing! The view from the room as beautiful. Restaurants close by and lots within walking distance. We were able to enjoy the amenities and restaurant as well, that was delicious. Every worker that we came in contact with was very pleasant and friendly. We had a great stay and will definitely be back! "

"Highly recommend this hotel. It's an easy walk to the restaurants and bars. Felt completely safe. Parking was a little confusing but once we got in everything was super easy. Rooms are beautiful and comfortable. Everyone there was very nice and helpful. We will be staying again for our next Nashville trip! "

"Overall it is a very nice hotel. The only downside was my bed. It felt as though it was about to fall apart and anytime you moved it was so loud. I was so scared to turnover thinking i was going to land on the floor. Other than that no other complaints. "

"Friendly and accommodating staff. I see the $30 daily parking fee as a bit unfair. We are paying to stay at your hotel . Isn't that enough revenue ? It wasn't until we checked out that I learned we were also charged $45 a day as a security deposit . Knowing we did no damage to the property, I asked if I had that money coming back to me and I wasn't told I was. Waiting to see if the money is returned to me via my card."

"Room smelled very musky, they offered to swap rooms, but we were in a hurry to get out and about - so we declined. But they offered room spray. Otherwise, everything was fine. Room was older, but clean. Beds were excellent. AC was excellent (we kept the room at 62 degrees, was VERY thankful for that). We paid $40 for a late checkout, ended up having to leave before normal checkout because a family member was close to death at Children’s Hospital in Birmingham, and after informing the front desk...
