He even went out of his way to give us great recommendations for where to go. He is by far the best member of staff there in our opinion. It was our first vacation and he made sure it was very special and meaningful to come to Nashville. Thank you!! Best hotel experience, very clean very beautiful views and close to the action downtown but not to close to were its load and obnoxious. We loved it there and will definitely be coming back!!"
