"I stayed just one night at this hotel after a last-minute booking due to a terrible experience at the hotel across the street. Best Western Plus turned out to be a surprisingly great choice! It was well worth the price, especially considering the location and typical Nashville hotel rates. Breakfast was fair, and I really appreciated the coffee station near the check-in counter — the coffee was very good. The room was spotless, and the king bed was extremely comfortable. I would definitely stay here again!"

"The bathroom has horrible ceiling damage with mold and the floor all the way around the bathroom is nasty and coming apart. The ceiling above the beds looks like it’s about to collapse at any time. The walls in the room look like they’ve been drawn on and the baseboards need to be replaced. The blind has holes in it The frames on the beds are falling apart I paid $304.00 and I expected a nice room but instead I got a room that needs a complete renovation. This room definitely is not worth $304.00"
