Hotel La Quinta Inn & Suites di Kingston Springs

"The pool was green, breakfast consisted of dry cereal, stale donuts and waffles. The doors didn’t look like they had seen any cleaner in months, the rim of the sink had a brown film around it and the corners of the bathroom floor had a nasty brown crust, a previous guest’s used towel was left in the bathroom. The staff was rude, my son and his family had to be moved to two different rooms before getting a working A/C."

"The rooms were exceptionally clean and well maintained, creating a very comfortable stay. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Breakfast was excellent, offering a wide variety of both hot and cold options. The overall property was pristine and clearly cared for. One downside was the self parking fee of $30 per day, which felt a bit expensive. Additionally, the elevators were quite slow, and we often had to wait a long time for one to arrive."

"The room wasn't properly cleaned upon arrival or after requesting it the next morning. The door was eventually fixed after two requests. The staff was nice, but the pool area had ants. The hotel seems to be undergoing remodeling, and overall the experience was average."
