Iam writing regarding the room my mother and I stayed in on Christmas Eve. While the room was a reasonable size, it was extremely dated and had visible dents in the wall, which immediately suggested poor maintenance. However, the bathroom was the main issue, and it was in a condition that should never be offered to paying guests.
The attached photos show mold along the caulking, rusted and corroded fixtures, cracked fittings, and clear signs of long-term neglect. The...
