"It was a great location and only a few minutes walk to Exeter Quay. The carpets in the public areas looked very old, tired and in need of a clean. Nice clean bed linen but room wasn’t serviced during our stay. Bedroom door had a big gap at the bottom which let a lot of corridor noise and light into the room."
