"The property is beautiful and well maintained. The staff were extremely helpful. Dining in all three restaurants was superb. We would definitely go back. The Falconry experience was amazing. Just be aware it is not run by the hotel but it is on or adjacent to the grounds. A two minute walk from the lobby."

It felt very safe as two young female travellers and was a great location for exploring the city especially having great access to Arthur’s seat. I was glad I was travelling alone, as there would not have been enough space for two people to move around comfortably. I stayed in room 401, which is described as an accessible room, but the limited space surprised me. At almost £300 for the night, I did not feel the room offered good value for money. Breakfast smelled lovely, but...
