"I loved the ambiance of this place. It was in a convenient spot as it was only 5 min walk from many of our tour meeting spots and sights we wanted to see. Check-in was a breeze, staff was friendly and let us store our luggage. Only negative was the size of our private 4 bed room. It was the smallest hostel room I had ever stayed in. Very little space to open our suitcases "

"I had a two night stay at Glenbrittle while visiting Isle of Skye. The room was comfy enough (a little cramped for ten people), the bathrooms were nice and very clean, the common areas were well stocked and cozy. There's also a great waterfall right across the road from the hostel and plenty of sheep and lambs to watch in the evenings. "

"We were very impressed by our stay here. It was very nice to have access to the kitchen for our dinner and they had a very nicely priced breakfast available for us in the morning, which was extra nice because we needed to leave early. I would say that the location is "kind of" walkable. You definitely can walk to a grocery store and some restaurants, but it was a bit further than would strictly be called convenient. It was a nice walk though! The neighborhood is very nice and there are sidewalks...

"I have stayed at this hostel many times but always before with other people-= so it was especially great to have a room to myself - with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. The buffet breakfast was good and coffee was too .The last time i stayed the road outside was being converted for the tram lines-but now that the tram runs almost to the door from Waverley station and the airport it is excellent. The room was clean modern and a lot better than the hotel I stayed in for the rest...

"This was my first time staying in a hostel. It was very well set up. Easy to check in. I was pleased with the cleanliness of the facility. Our room was a bit noisy due to being beside the bathroom but they have rules to keep things quiet during night time hours. We just needed an area to sleep so we did not make use of the other parts of the facility but it looked very well maintained and the shared kitchen area looked very well organized. "First thing that made me go wow was how beautiful the hostel was. The ambient lights were a good touch. My oh my the most comfortable bed I've ever slept on in a hostel. The lockers are very good and easy to use, safe and secure. The staffs were super friendly and were always willing to help me out. It is an amazing hostel suitated in a prime location with quick access to both central station and queens Street rail station. If you're Canadian like me there a Tim Hortons."

"Great location for city. Really terrible cheap mattress, you could feel every spring digging in your back or side. I feel sorry for the students staying at this uni. Everything else was good, but if you want to sleep well, go elsewhere. "
