"Best Location across from Cathedral st Giles. In the heart of everything. This apartment has everything you need for a sightseeing stay. Can be noisy at night with crowds but if you choose to stay here you should expect it. My only suggestion is to replace the mattress. It feels worn and saggy. Joivy was a great company to work with. Quick to Respond to queries. "

"Neat and spacious apartments right on the Royal Mile, walkable from several restaurants, shops, and attractions. Having a kitchen with all the necessary appliances and cutlery, and a washer/dryer was a huge benefit! "Didn't eat there. Had good tea and coffee in room with a little bottle of milk in the fridge. Wonderful room, excellent shower, bath, toiletries towels and linens. Kelly at the front desk was lovely. I go back and forth from US to Scotland a couple of times a year and will definitely be back to the Balmoral."

The apartment was immaculate, the furnishings were lovely, the bed was comfortable, there was appropriate lighting in each area, laundry available (I assume on each floor), sensory lighting in the hallways, excellent communication from the off-site staff.
