"The location of Eden Locke was very convenient and we loved the cafe downstairs where we could get a bite and some coffee. The living area itself was quite small, the bed not super comfortable, and the sofa a bit grubby. Kitchen area was very clean, although we did not use it."

"We stayed for three nights. The room was clean and quiet. We liked the separate livingroom/kitchen area with a door separating it from the bedroom. I have a bad back but the bed was comfortable enough. The bedding was very nice. There is a Tesco grocery store right around the corner. We bought groceries for breakfast and late dinner, but ate one meal a day at restaurants while out. We also packed snacks or bought desserts while out. It was nice having a full kitchen. "All good in the end, but the checkin instructions were not particularly clear - quite confusing in fact. We entered the complex and then had no idea how to find our unit. Thankfully someone could give us a bit of guidance (they were not particularly familiar) when we called for support and we eventually found our unit. Very nicely appointed and we had a great stay - a few added sentences to orienting folks for checkin could solve our issue!"

"Very easy to check in and check out via virtual check in, they also have a taxi machine so you can easily order a taxi at anytime, laundry onsite, free pastries every morning and all day tea and coffee available, room was beautifully decorated, would definitely stay again."
