"We were allowed into the room very early which was of great use for us. The room had a handicap accessible bathroom which was excellent for me. Normally I don't request accessible bathrooms but this was available and it was very helpful. Slightly handicapped US individuals can find local facilities a problem but this helped greatly and was much appreciated. "

"We loved our stay here in Edinburgh! 5 min way from Edinburgh train station where we arrived from London. 5 min walk to royal mile and about 10 minutes from the castle. Many amazing food options in the area! Room was amazing and comfortable! We had a great stay!"

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"Loved the sea-view room, and the bed and chairs were very comfortable. What the Expedia listing does not say and their own website does is that there is live music every weekend, which can be loud enough even on the 2nd floor of rooms that sleeping might be difficult. Also, the parking area has only six spots for the 12 rooms at the hotel, so it’s not guaranteed that you would be able to park in their car park (5 pounds/day charge). "

"I really liked this place for the most part. The location was good for everything touristy, it was equipped with everything you need to cook, the bathroom was clean with nice water pressure, dishwasher worked well, nice view, the staff were friendly enough without being over the top. I LOVED the towel warmer and turned it on about 30 mins before I took a shower to warm up the bathroom. "I was unexpectedly stranded in Edinburgh, and selected this hotel for the night before my next flight. It was a wonderful place to stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, I enjoyed the design, having a terrace and lounge was delightful, and it was close to many of the things I wanted to do and see in my one day there. The bed was comfortable, and I fell asleep very quickly. I would definitely go back the next time I am in the city!"
