"We loved our stay at the Court!! The only issue we had is that the elevator was broken, so we had to haul luggage up 4 flights of stairs. However, staff was helpful in getting luggage to the rooms, and helped us take them down at the end of our stay. Great food, great atmosphere, fun activities for all the travelers staying to get to know each other if they’d like to!"

"When the reservation was made, I was under the impression breakfast was included; somewhat disappointed. Fortunately, the room had a sufficient kitchen & we were able to make use of it. "

"one of the best hotel room, i have ever stayed. the lobby is nice, the room is huge and even nicer. they refill the water, but towards the end of our stay, they no longer refill the snack. otherwise the room is nice as per picture, bonus it is just 3 mins walk from the train station, so if your journey is late at night, this hotel is just close by to the train station and royal mile."

"Worst place I have stayed during my 10 months of travelling! Firstly the room; It was the size of a shoe box, we had to open our luggage in the hallway just to re pack. We couldn’t close the bathroom door because there was not enough space to move! The water pressure was none existent. The hallways; Towels and cleaning supplies were everywhere and the hallways absolutely stunk of chemicals we actually got sick from the constant inhalation. "We switched to this hotel at the last minute, and it turned out to be a good decision. The hotel is relatively new and modern, and the location is excellent. The room was surprisingly quiet even though the hotel is across from the train station. We wanted to sit in the lounge on the 7th floor, but wine purchase was required, so we decided not to stay there. The staff was polite, although they could have been a bit warmer. The foam pillows were also not very comfortable though."

"The guest house is just over a mile from the city centre and I guess you get what you pay for, so on that basis you’re really can’t complain. However, some of the shared facilities could’ve been cleaner and I guess the place hasn’t been decorated this century if you want a cheap place not far from the city centre this is okay but don’t expect anything special.
