"An impressive looking property especially at night. The Concierge staff are very welcoming and helpful. The hotel has a good feel with lifts to both floors if required. The rooms are well appointed, modern and everything works well. The double shower was perfect. The spa is something else. "The hotel is ideally situated between the airport and city centre. It’s about 15 minutes by car into the centre of Edinburgh, however there is a bus stop directly outside the hotel on the main road which takes you directly through to Edinburgh Waverley station. "Great location for Waverley access on foot. Despite the busy streets outside, it was quiet and comfortable inside my room. Check in was quick and trouble free, with a friendly reception. I didn’t dine at all as this a brief layover (21:00 arrival and 08:30 check out) but I’d definitely recommend the hotel."

"Large hotel with a lot of space. Gym, pool and hot tub. The hot tub was not very hot, but i understand could be safety. Locker facilities with a swim suit spinner helped with making sure swimwear was dry the next day"

"Entgegen die vielen schlechten Google Bewertungen, war unser Zimmer sehr ruhig, sauber und das Bett war bequem. Es war ausreichend Platz und es war alles vorhanden. Nur die Badewanne hatte komische Verfärbungen, war aber kein Dreck, sah aus wie von einem alten Sticker? Badematte? Konnte man aber ignorieren, war sonst nichts zu beanstanden."

"The staff was absolutely terrific. Every one. They were unfailingly friendly and helpful. Always willing to go above and beyond. The room was well set up. The location was very convenient to the sites we really wanted to visit in Edinburgh and to Waverly Station, which gave us the opportunity to go further afield. Loudons was just around the corner and we had an excellent breakfast there every morning of our stay. The staff there was just as wonderful as the food was."

"I loved the breakfast the variety, quality and service. The facility was well located and well organized and clean. However, the flooring in the room was dusty, they didn’t replenish the toiletries and I had to ask for it. A bit inconvenient for not having iron or a kettle or napkin box or lotion in the room. But staff specifically Denod from Slbani was very friendly and helpful. "
