"We were in room 113 and it was horrible. I booked 10 months in advance and got the worst room in the place. The windows were painted over so we didn’t see the bin area that would have been our view. Room was also next to the maintenance room. It was so loud. Staff were still tossing things in the bins (as loud as possible) at 11:30p. It must also be their smoking area because I smelled cigarette smoke coming in around midnight. At 5am I was startled awake thinking there was a huge thunder storm,...
