"The property had an old musk smell that permeated through the carpet. They did not have lift access so they are not accessibility or heavy luggage friendly. They did have rails in the upstairs bathroom, but how did you get upstairs with mobility issues. My room had spiders and the tub had hair and did not look clean. "It's a good hotel, rooms after average but very affordable which is great! I had a problem with the shower drain and i had to change rooms (not a disaster), and their air conditioning units are too old (remotes put off battery too). Overall it's a good hotel with very friendly and helpful staff, good parking lot and very quiet. Breakfast is continental (average) that is worth the price, children eat free!"

It was very far from the main hotel areas though, and lifts being out of order between buildings made it incovenient with a buggy and luggage in tow. The bar and pool areas were lovely. The a la carte restaurant was a bit limited for kids and gluten free options, but was good to also have the option of the buffet style restaurant which was a better plan with children."

"Great hotel in a fantastic location. The staff were friendly and helpful, rooms were very clean. Our family had a suite and a classic room and both were great. Suite had tons of room which was great with a toddler or if you have a baby, bath and a shower option plus two sinks. Secure and central parking was very helpful given the location.
