Lo único que considero deberían mejorar es la atención en el restaurante y la calidad y servicio del menú, en mí opinión no se encuentran a la altura de los demás servicios y atención del hotel. "Very short ride from the airport. Driver was on time for pick up. Staff at the hotel was very friendly and accommodating. I didn’t get to enjoy the amenities as I was there for a short time. The room was clean and comfortable. The towels could’ve been a little fluffier. Breakfast was delicious. The rice served at breakfast reminded me of home."

"What a lovely little gem in the heart of Bella Vista. This is a stunning heritage building with large, clean comfortable rooms and a feeling of grandure and comfort. It has a beautiful greed courtyard to relax in and is like an oasis in this very busy corner of Santiago. Castiil Rojo is walking distance from the restaurants and bars of Bella Vista, San Cristobel Hill, Barrio Italia, Barrio Lastaria and the historic centre. In comparison with other hotels at the same price and approximate location, the hotel does not provide a complimentary bottle of water and the breakfast is very limited with no real options.
