Much thanks to the person who helped us check-in, my card had an issue when I booked with Hotels.com but he helped us figure it out quickly to confirm our stay. We thought the high temperatures would be a problem but the staff kindly put a fan in the room to help us cool off. "

We had a room with air conditioning on the sixth floor overlooking a side street closed to traffic. Our room was a comfortable size with good Wi-Fi. The shower was hot with a strong jet. "The hotel is situated in a safe and easy to find location close to public transport but also walkable to most city centre locations. It's also possible to walk to the Bus Terminals although the biggest one is at least a 30 minute walk. The staff are excellent."
