"The staff was very nice and they allowed me to get into my room early. However, there was a horrible sewer smell coming from the bathroom that I initially thought would clear with airing it out, but it did not. There was no information on the opening hours or menu of their restaurants nor any instructions on how to operate the coffee machine in the room. The second room I had was fine. The location is very convenient to a subway stop."

"We loved this hotel. The breakfast was delicious with lots pf variety.
The pool was clean and warm. They also have a small sauna.
The only problem we encountered was a rude staff at the restaurant who accused us of taking food for the room because we had a covered sandwich for a family member who was coming late.
The supervisor was informed and dealt with the situation while apologizing."

"It's a great hotel for the price near the airport. Clean, convenient and had good amenities like a pool and there's a restaurant available for dinner and breakfast.
Room was modern, clean and had comfortable beds and was quiet.
There is a free airport shuttle, but you'll need to book in advance via WhatsApp for airport pick-up and they will give you the details after you've booked.
Staff were friendly and helpful. Didn't get a chance to eat breakfast as we had to catch the shuttle at...
