"My wife and I were celebrating our 4th wedding anniversary and we decided to make Solace our stay of choice, the staff was very customer friendly and even though we spoke English they made sure the information provided was clear and precise, a big thank you to our room maid Nicole she made sure our room was properly clean, overall it’s a 5 star rating for us and we would definitely book our stay at SOLACE again it was a great experience. Hotel room was kept spotless as was the lobby and dinning rooms. The breakfast crew was excellent, Maria Jose, Juliana, Javiera, Anna and Willie.
