"The hotel nailed it this ramadhan. Whoever suggested to start sahoor at 11pm was a genius move. It created a lot of ease and I would definitely definitely stay here again. Also to mention Shahad at the reception. She was the exact opposite of a grumpy manager I initially met. Very welcoming and bright, she is a symbol of what the hotel stands for. The room was comforting and I can't complain about my experience. More than expected. "

"The room was good, but smelled a little damp. The staff from reception to the cleaners were excellent. The even brought me breakfast from the buffet to the room on the days I was not feeling great and unable to walk to the breakfast room. There is an electric stove/hub for cooking, but no pots were provided. We had to throw leftover food because we had no means of heating the food. "Great hospitality! Very friendly and professional staff! The room was very clean! Room service was on top of tasks! I would definitely recommend it to others! My only concern was the destination to the Haram, but there is a bus with very accurate schedules that takes you to one stop then switch buses to go to the Haram! I believe it’s way easier than driving because roads are always super busy! Not to mention there is a point were cars are not allowed ti drive anymore!"
