"The hotel has recently had a renovation and oh my what a result. The room we had was a cosy sea view room. It had everything we needed and more. It was 27C the day we stayed so the air-con was very welcomed indeed! I highly recommend this hotel. "

"Hotel is beautiful and the superior room was stunning, the decor, the bathroom is luxurious and the hotel made us a little Congratulations chocolate platter and card for our recent wedding which was a lovely touch. There was only one problem which was the heated towel rail in bathroom was so hot I burnt my arm, I did inform reception as needs to be attended. The spa is so lovely too, I had an Indian head massage which was very relaxing. All staff were lovely although I would say I would choose...

"Lovely to stay in an independent hotel with some history and friendly staff. The property needs a little TLC but this was our second stay and would definitely stay again. Location to city centre is great."

"Very clean hotel. Comfy bed. Good breakfast. Close distance to all Llandudno attractions. Situated less than a minute from the beach and main street pubs and restaurants. 5 minutes walk to Great Orme Tramway or cable car. Was very pleased to stay there for a night on the trip with my parents."
