"It’s a well equipped apartment in a good area. The floor was not clean, and the property is in need of some maintenance. The mattresses are very springy and uncomfortable. The upstairs toilet doesn’t flush very well and leaves a bad drainage smell after use. The road noise spoils the view from the balcony and the close proximity to the train station, which serves stabling trains, early morning and late evening with engines running should be mentioned."

"Compact but certainly adequate property for 2 adults and 2 children aged 10 and 12. Excellent location for walking to the beach and for traveling the peninsula. Couple of minor downsides - the garden was close but not necessarily convenient, and could do with instructions for the hob but we eventually managed but not mastered it 🤔"

"It was clean and tidy and decent kitchen facilities, there was no coffee table or table to eat at so we had to eat on our laps which was not ideal. The garden could do with a gate as it's on the main road to Pwllheli - we could not let our dogs out. The garden was chipping pretty much and surrounded by a caravan motorhome storage , no plants and pretty uninviting so we never used it even though the weather was good - the garden could do with some plants. "Overall stay was nice. Only issue was the piece of wood art above the bed. Was full off cobwebs and spider's. Im chronic asthmatic and this wasnt ideal for me with the dust. I cleaned it myself . "

"Cosy cottage - perfect for two and a dog. The cottage sits on its own, and has a secure gated driveway, but the added convenience of being just off the main road into Criccieth and Pwllheli, and with a mile walk to the beach. Well equipped in the main, though take your own loo rolls! Booked through Hotels.com but actually through Sykes Cottages, who offered great service on the phone. "The cottage was perfect. The location was beautiful and the garden was lovely to sit in. The house was clean and had everything we needed. There were helpful instructions for everything and Gareth was at hand if we needed anything else. We would definitely recommend and hope to visit again soon."

"A very attractive house in a quiet location away from it all with superb views down to the sea. Very well equipped property with everything we could have wanted for cooking meals etc. The hot water supply was not wholly reliable and requires some maintenance. Also there was a risk of injury from protruding carpet grippers on the stairs which caused scratches to bare feet. Overall, a good place to spend a holiday."
