Room was recently renovated, modern and clean which overlooked the spa gardens. Staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great. Only downside was unfortunately, likely due to the age of the property the room directly above had very squeaky floorboards which disrupted our sleep.

Breakfast was good as was service in hotel. However I wouldn't recommend if going with children/babies. Limited facilities (no fridge in room, limited storage space for unpacking) and pool depth is 1.1m only in small section of pool with limited usage times for children, rest is 1.4m. Location itself was decent -15/20 mins from main centre. Didn't eat lunch/dinner at hotel so can't recommend. Hotel garden was nice. Free parking on site.

The spa changing rooms could do with a revamp - they are small, .cold and they don't smell great. More loungers around the pool area would add to the experience too. The corridor leading to the toilets off reception smells terribly and it was the same last time we stayed too, Other than that, the hotel is lovely, the food in the Palm Court is great and the breakfast great too. The treatments in the spa were also amazing. Bathrooms great in the rooms too.
