The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to make myself and my son, who has special needs feel welcome and looked after. The hotel is well situated with easy access to the beach, shopping and restaurants. A short and pleasant walk to the pier and other attractions This hotel boasts a variety of well kept rooms with all the usual facilities. It’s USP are the people who run it, who are kind, friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

I only stayed for one night last night and it was lovely. I was nervous due to very mixed reviews but it was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff were lovely. Only downside was I had no toilet roll, I asked for some to be placed in my room whilst I was out but when I came back there was still none. I’d stay again though… I’ll just bring my own!

Had great time , the only grub didn’t get towels but we had are own. And nothing that was hotel or staff fault just was sone rude abusive customer that was load at night but the hotel dealt with them other they that was great and will use hotel again

The hotel needs a lot of modernisation. The bed was very lumpy. But it was clean, staff were lovely . Buffet style Breakfast was OK, parking not easy. It’s a good walk down to the pier, but well worth it. Llandudno is a beautiful calm place.

Very budget indeed. Room was shabby, windows filthy. Bathroom ok. Wi-Fi ok. Free parking on street just around the corner. Right on the prom which was lovely. Staff were friendly enough but I was woken by a fire alarm early Monday morning and found everyone carrying on as if nothing had happened. God help them if there is ever a real fire!

The address did not show up on my Garmen GPS unit. I followed a friend to get there. The buffet breakfast in the morning was great, with lots of selections. Rooms overlook the beach on the Irish Sea. The car's side mirrors retracted against the side, and I didn't know how to put them out again. I thought it unsafe to leave them retracted. A woman at the front desk used the internet on her phone to figure out how to do that. Thank you so much!
