"Check in & parking was easy, with plenty spaces (for a charge - cheaper at weekends), and the staff were lovely. The hotel seemed well staffed and busy with other guest, which is always a good sign. The rooms were lovely, clean and fresh with hand-soap and plenty of towels. We only stayed one night and the room was quiet, the bed and bedding was soft and comfortable and the air conditioning was a pleasant temp to be able to sleep. We will definitely consider this hotel to stay in again."

"I’m so glad breakfast was included and glad there was a bar and sitting area for those rainy days. The front desk staff recommended Duke’s Umbrella for a pub and it was close and quaint. The train station is within walking distance but we took a taxi there. The hotel was very comfortable."

"Clean room and comfortable bed plus tea and coffee in the room, good breakfast and nice pool. Downside pool is open to the public and gets very busy all the time. The changing room showers hardly worked so it was hard to wash and rinse hair. On arrival no directions were given to where the pool or spa were or times of breakfast this would be useful to have in the room."
