Very satisfied with the location (easy access to foods), the swimming pool (huge pool with playground for kids), nice room with big king bed..unfortunately, the sink in the bathroom is a bit stuck..

All in good condition and my family and I feel completely fine.

Clean Room

Being far from KL I totally did not expect the touch panel for lights, that was super awesome, bravo! And the toilet too, very modern. I liked these modern and minimalist touch. Well done. Then at breakfast I found some presentations rather splendid too, especially that you served cold cuts. I don't think many local-themed hotels do. Didn't get to check out the pool though, shame, I did book this hotel because of location and swimming pool. But great stay! Probably the whole hotel can...

Clean & fresh with back to nature environment. Stayed at Amani Villa. Loved it. Spacious & super comfy. Located near to the hotel lobby which was very convenient. Not much varieties at breakfast buffet but it was ok. Was looking forward to borrow the bicycle but most of the bikes were not properly maintained and I had to give up after 20 mins looking for a good bike.

I think this is the best hotel in Kuantan. It has all the amenities and facilities needed for an enjoyable stay, with 2 swimming pools, 2 tennis courts, and right next to the beach, it really gives a resort feeling not too far of a drive from KL. But just a note for improvement, being a hotel that is on the beach and with pools, you should provide drying rack in each room. We had no place to hang our swimwear to dry, and used towels need to be changed right after usage, means twice daily just...

It's all about a very good night sleep in a cosy and super comfortable bed and in a very clean room. Hotel still very new and most of all good housekeeping. Hats off for the management and staff. Met all my expectations.

Amenities are absolutely satisfying, the staffs, the cleanliness and location. It was easy to get around because the hotel is located nearby CapitaMall and Berjaya Megamall. Would love to stay at Rocana again if I get the chance to travel to Kuantan in the future. Recommended for temporary stay and if you're not planning on spending the whole day at the hotel (especially for those attending weddings).

My second time staying at hotel.Very pleased with the room,clean,tidy and surprisingly quiet despite fully booked. The staff are just super.
