"It's a budget hotel so you have to manage your expectations. I didn't see a lift but I was on the ground floor. The lobby is super clean. The room itself is basic consisting of- a bed, a table and stool. Aircon, that worked very well. They hand you a towel on check-in. No soap or shower gel(so make sure you have some) The bathroom/toilet area is especially small. It will be too difficult if you are plus sized. Or of a larger build. That said, all of it is clean. "I stayed at this hotel for four nights and would definitely love to come back again. The staff were always friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and the room was very clean and well maintained. While all of the restaurants served delicious food, I felt the menu options were somewhat limited. However, this was not a concern for us, as there are plenty of other restaurants nearby. For guests booking from outside Malaysia, I would recommend communicating directly with the hotel via WhatsApp, as it makes arrangements and confirmations much easier."
