"I had a great stay here. Initially, I was a bit hesitant to book this place due to previous reviews. But honestly, for a budget hotel it was great, and I would book again. The location was perfect, on the quieter side of the beach, but easy walking distance to shops, restaurants, and bars on the other side of the beach. The food was better than expected, and have no complaints about that. The chef even came out a few times to make sure everything was ok. The room facilities were good. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and comfortable bed is all I needed. My only issue was that they need sheets underneath the blankets as the blankets themselves tend to be a bit itchy. The service at the reception was good. They even let us check in early. My only issue is that checkout was at 10am, which seems a bit too early, given that most places have check out at noon. They did let us check out at 11am though, but I would prefer not to ask. Overall, it’s a great budget hotel, and if you remember that you are not going to a place with fancy amenities than your stay will be good."

"The hotel room furniture is old and sad state. The bed should be changed to high quality mattress. The hotel has a bit of traditional vibe. They have hot shower too. The room furniture and breakfast options are huge disappointment. I hope the hotel management can invest more to improve the quality."

"Overall wonderful experience. My daughter picked going here again over other vacation in SE Asia. Just after booking the trip, my wife broke her ankle. The paths are not scooter friendly, but that was not a top priority when we were picking a vacation spot. She healed enough before we left that she was able to swim, and see her favorite animal, the sea turtles. Which was our top priority. Excellent local wildlife on land and in water. Very convenient snorkeling out your front door."
