"Upon arrival on the Thursday, we were informed that the pool, sauna, jacuzzi etc were closed for renovation. We were not informed of this at any point during booking/prior to arrival. However we were assured we’d be able to use a local rival hotel’s facilities on Saturday and Sunday. We were unable to use them at all on Thursday or Friday.
On the Saturday morning, we were informed that as we were not a “priority customer”, we were only able to use the facilities at Park Hotel until 3PM....

"Everything was great, Bcz of the lower temp, they don’t have air conditioning but they provided us with fans. Even if we were early, we got our room ready in 10 to 15 mins, staff were very polite and helpful. Food was great. We enjoyed our stay and will recommend to family and friends."

"Wij hebben genoten van ons verblijf van 3 nachten bij Bergwelt Grindelwald ! Het hotel is op loopafstand (ongeveer 10 minuutjes) van station Grindelwald gelegen. Onze Corner Room with Eiger View was ruim en had veel privacy. De badkamer had een ruime inloopdouche en toiletartikelen van Penhaligon’s. Wat ons betreft had de airco wat beter mogen koelen maar het was niet heel storend. De inbegrepen minibar en de kaart waarmee je kortingen krijgt in de omgeving waren een leuke gimmick 👍 Het ontbijt...

"Our room was the double suite with the best views I have ever seen of the mountains . The rooms were beautifully designed and very clean . We got upgraded and the staff was delightful. I would stay here again and again. The location was spot on too in the middle of the Main Street."

"The hotel itself was good and looked taken care of. The view was indeed incredible and the spa was super nice. We booked a couple massage and it was very good as well.
The breakfast was normal, although it lacked some healthy options. There was eggs, sausages, bacon… but a choice of 2 vegetables and simple avocado on toast were an extra for example.
The restaurant (Radicci Gourmet) was terrible. The dishes were sent back to the kitchen almost untouched and the only good part of the meal was...

"A few seconds walk from Zermatt train station.
We stayed in the Stars Suite for two nights.
I cannot think of one negative thing that anyone could say about this hotel, the spa or the staff. The welcome was so wonderful, the apartment was top drawer, the spa (day 5 and day 7 were my favourites) is an experience to really indulge in. The view of the Matterhorn…!!
Breakfast is even better than you can imagine. Then on your doorstep are many many fabulous bars, restaurants, boutique shops and...
