"This hotel is found inside a high rise so you have to go to the 7th floor bar to check in. They seem to want to make it self check in so have screens set up for you to input all your information. They did try and get me to do this beforehand but I was busy enjoying my vacation. We were traveling with another couple and were early so they kept our bags while we went to lunch and said the rooms would be ready at 3:00 at the latest. We came back at 1:30 and our friends room was ready but not...

"Receptions staff busy talking to each other in their language and pause on their work while checking us in. Claim to have a laundry room, what a joke just 1 washer and 1 dryer!!"

"Great location a few minutes walk from the central train station. Staff were friendly and made us feel welcome. Tram stop is directly out the front. Within minutes of booking, I received an email to download free transport around Geneva (boat, tram, train). This was really useful. Room was spacious and clean. Would stay again when next in Geneva."

"Very clean the breakfast was lovely all very fresh. I emailed in advance to advise a 40th celebration just got a printed birthday message which was folded wrong on a bit of paper. The pillows were really uncomfortable. Requested slippers so I could go in the sauna never got them. If you want robe or other pillows you have to request from reception them carry to your room. Location was great and reception staff helped with directions."

Amazing efficient staff (shout out to Helio who make check in super efficient with helpful tips on where to go) & the other staff too! Love that we could check in early when we arrived! That’s efficiency! Love the room, Air Con, end of May was already hot!! Last hotel did not have AC we were miserable! LOVE that restaurants are right next to hotel for late night...

"their room is kind of out of date. elevator is very small . Toilet has minor water leaking and blind /curtain can not fullyt block the sun. BUt, breakfast is very good."
