From the first interactions before arrival, they were always very prompt in responding to my messages, to the warm welcome upon arrival and the impeccably clean rooms, we were very happy to have stayed here! The hotel is in a great location and within walking distance to the train station and major attractions. Ursula made our breakfast experience each morning so pleasant and memorable. "We arrived in heavy rain and the lovely reception staff went and got us towels to dry off before even starting to check us in. Our room was very comfortable. We had a very nice meal in the restaurant and an excellent breakfast. The lady who looked after us in the restaurant for both meals was very nice too. We appreciated the option of a hotel taxi to the railway station after checking out, but coming in we hadnt pre booked, so the bus 602 from the railway station to the first stop A to the post office worked well and drops you about 300m from the hotel. We had a short but extremely pleasant stay here."

"About a 2 minute ride from the Pontresina train station. We took the train from Lucerne to Pontresina en route to Milan. Beautiful train ride. The property is brand new and staff super accommodating. Superior room was spacious and had a beautiful balcony with amazing mountain views. Dinner on property was excellent and reasonable. Bar was nice and offered several beers from local brewery along with full liquor and menu. Trails right outside front door, staff super friendly and helpful. Pedro in particular was great-helpful with information and service. Would highly recommend this property in Pontresina."
