"Positives: Absolutely Great Staff - friendly, helpful & professional Great central, walkable location with restaurants, shopping and canal nearby 150 year old charming building with large rooms. A little dated but easily overlooked by everything else."

"1) The shower has a curtain and not a screen which is very uncomfortable water comes out from all sides. also there is not a good support for the shower head. 2) Breakfast: the variety of products could be improved."

Everywhere in interlarken was walkable but the hotel also provided transport passes and helped out with any queries we had. The staff were friendly and helpful. "Great, quaint hotel for our stay in Interlaken. Staff is friendly and helpful and we especially enjoyed the departing gift. The hotel is located conveniently within walking distance of downtown but just off the main drive so was more quiet. Breakfast with the espresso/coffee maker was also an added bonus. Definitely recommend Hotel Derby! "

"아침에 일찍 나가고 저녁에 늦게 들어와서 직원과 마주칠 일이 별로 없었지만 가끔 만나는 그들은 항상 친절하고 상냥했습니다 방도 늘 깨끗하게 정리되어있고 창문을 열면 양쪽으로 멋진 풍경이 보이는곳이에요 인터라켄 동역과 서역 모두 도보로 이동 가능한 거리고 골목만 나서면 버스정류장과 멋진 잔디공원이 있어요 그 공원에서는 패러글라이딩을 하는 사람들이 착륙하는 멋진장면을 매일 볼수 있어서 더 좋았습니다 "
