"We got a family maisonette on the 5 floor. Wonderful views. The restaurant and bar had amazing dishes, the drinks were well made and the staff was super helpful. My kids also loved the place."

"We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Victoria-Lauberhorn in Wengen. The location was perfect, the hotel was clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was very good. We also really enjoyed the spa after a long day of exploring the beautiful area.
A special thank you to Miłosz, who worked at breakfast and in the hotel restaurant. He was always so friendly, kind, and helpful, and his wonderful service made us feel very welcome. He truly made our stay more special.

"The room was clean. AC broken in room. Staff slow to respond to request regarding broken AC. Eventually brought in a window AC in which the door or window had to remain open to use. Uncomfortable process. The room hot/humid at night. Staff friendly/ language barrier with no effort made to understand. Halfway in, we were moved into a new room. Met manager last day, very helpful/friendly, but it was near end of stay. Beautiful views but not conveniently located. Would not recommend."

"So elogios!!! Um pouco afastado do centrinho, mas esse é exatamente o charme dele…. Uma cidadezinha pequena e gostosa ao lado de Interlaken com o onibus grauito para hospedes e com um ponto de onibus ao lado do hotel. Rapidinho se chega la , so baixar o app da SBB e procurar o ponto Beatenberg Hubel. A cozinha bem equipada fica disponivel por 40 francos por estadia. O cafe da manha é espetacular. A vista do quarto do hotel é deslumbrante! Realmente uma experiência que vou lembrar com carinho!...
