"The room was wonderfully comfortable and the staff were so friendly and helpful. The shuttle service was prompt and we were relieved to have something taken off our plates in terms of planning on how to get to the airport. We had a great and restful stay!"

"I had a wonderful 2-night stay at the Glynhill Hotel; the staff were amazingly friendly and couldn't do enough for me.
the rooms are beautifully presented and clean (the toilet was a little bit of a squeeze - but I am a big fella)
the food was amazing, from the all-you-can-eat breakfast to the restaurant to the room service.
the pool was in perfect condition and not too busy, which was a help.
I would definitely stay here again."

"The booking was cancelled by the hotel as it was being closed to the public because they were taking in Ukranian refugees. Money is to be refunded in 10 to 14 days which is unacceptable as a replacement booking cost me over £20 more for the dame period. I will not be using Best Western Hotels again."

"No parking spaces available (again), had to drive to the airport car park (17min walk back). Breakfast was ok, potato scone was burnt solid. Huge dirt stain on the bedroom carpet."
