"Good spa facilities "

"Nice reception staff. Clean hotel. No food in evenings. Unless breakfast is included in your room rate, don't bother it's very poor I thought I had breakfast included. Turns out not. Cost £14 . Definitely not worth it. Hotel in general good Comfy bed. Good shower. Clean. Central. But breakfast is not worth paying for. "

"Lovely hotel. Room & bathroom spotless . Bed linen crisp and fresh. Bed very comfy. Staff polite but abit aloof. Reception girl with bright blue hair was efficient but but not overly friendly. "

"Lovely bar. Great wine. No draught lager. Staff at breakfast very helpful and warm. Cooked breakast was average. No tattie scone or beans, . Black pudding was bland. My Poached eggs were almost hard boiled, partner's fine.Granola yummy. Eggs benedict today very good. Next time will go BB. Parking at hotel difficult but parked free at big car park next to aquarium. Nice room.Sky Sports..Lovely toiletries L'Occitane. Will return!"

"Enjoyed the stay. Room was very good. A little dated. Room service not so good. Never topped up coffee milk etc. sundries which you had to pay for were missing which could have lead to being charged for something we did not have. Had to remind reception twice of this. But would stop there again as overall experience was good "
