"It is a lovely hotel and very convenient with the parking and location. The room was comfy and a great size if a little dated in the bathroom. The leisure facilities were clean and worth a visit in the morning with great opening hours. There was a very strong smell of cannabis during our stay which was a bit off putting but otherwise a very pleasant stay. "

"Check in was super easy, hotel has lovely decor. Room on the top floor with balcony was really lovely - bed super comfortable and lovely fruity complimentary shampoo and shower gel. Breakfast offerings slightly limited but all very tasty nonetheless. Every single staff member I came across exchanged pleasantries. Would absolutely stay again, thank you for a lovely stay "

"Reception team, bar and breakfast made the visit a pleasure. The design of the building is very appealing based around the magnificent old Customs House. I like that it is not a rectangular box. It means you do need to think before heading for the lift to get to the upper rooms. One sign could be improved. Not keen on self check in machines. It means you can't verify if you do have the room with double bed and single...I'm pretty sure human interaction will help vet who is going into these...

"Hotel feels sophisticated. Lovely reception area and cosy relaxed bar and restaurant. Buffet breakfast had a great variety. We ate in the restaurant for one evening and the food was lovely. Our room for 3 (2 adults & one teenager) was a great size with two double beds. Well equipped gym and good sized pool (no additional charge). All staff were extremely helpful and friendly. "Great hotel, we’ve stayed here quite a few times. Couldn’t ask for a better location. The rooms are clean spacious and spacious, great amenities with free mini bar and lounge access. Only complaints would be that beds and pillows need a bit of a refresh. The beds are a bit worn and pillows are very flat. We definitely will be back! "

"This is one of our favourite hotels! This hotel has amazing amenities, rooms are so well appointed. The bed and bedding was so luxurious it was like sleeping on a cloud. The restaurant located in the hotel was also a 5⭐️. Staff at the hotel and restaurant were so gracious and helpful. If in Glasgow do not pass on this hotel.
