"Lovely well maintained grounds, large recently refurbished rooms with comfy beds, good range of AI branded drinks, buffet meals are freshly made with a very wide range of options and the free (pre-booked) Grill restaurant is well worth a visit. The main pool area gets busy and is quite noisy with music but the second pool area nesr the Grill restaurant is much more sedate and less crowded and you can also use sunbeds under the nearby trees. "We stayed for over a month, and we doubt with a gentleman by the name of Rui, at the front desk. He was so incredibly helpful, friendly, insightful, and gave us some phenomenal suggestions. No request was too small or too big. His Customer service really made our trip memorable. He gave us ideas for places to go, restaurants, bakeries, local things to do, and if we had any issues at all, they were dealt with, in an expedient fashion! "The hotel is centrally located in a very nice and safe part of Lisbon. The staff were wonderful, the breakfast delicious and available amenities very nice. The only issue we ran into was that the restaurant recommendations from the staff were terrible. Do NOT eat at Gina’s - some of the worst food of the trip."
