"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. "Great hotel with a fantastic location. We stayed three different times during our almost four week trip to Portugal. Staff are very attentive and friendly. Hotel is a boutique style but offered a manned front desk, 24/7. Decent size rooms but with a few options for extra room space. We stayed in a street view for first two stays and upgraded to a superior with balcony and roomier space for third stay.
