"Our 2nd stay over an 11 day span. Location and staff are the best things about the Arsenal Suites. Close to transportation hubs for train and boats and tram run runs by. Close to a grand plaza. Breakfast is simple buffet style, various croissant, pastries, cereal/granola, yoghurt, delicious coffee. Minimal hot breakfast, waffles on demand. Excellent dining steps away, and 100s more up Alphonso st."

"Hôtel très bruyant (nous sommes peut-être mal tombés). Pas de réception ouverte les deux premiers jours de notre séjour. Un lien m’a été envoyé pour une consigne à bagages, qui m’a été facturée 22,95 €, alors que celle-ci était fermée. Ni la consigne ni l’hôtel n’ont accepté de me rembourser… La dame de l’accueil reste toutefois très agréable et gentille. Le fonctionnement de l’hôtel est peu pratique : à notre arrivée, nous n’avons pas pu les joindre de 9h à 17h30. Nous étions dans un pays que...

"We didn’t feel this place was good value all things considered. The bathroom is shared by many rooms, only one toilet and it’s quite tight, although we got lucky and it was not very busy when we stayed. Elevator is finicky to operate. Stairs can be completely dark, lights were not working ? Location was good, as was parking, the room was clean. The artificial room fragrance was overwhelming, we had to keep the balcony open to air out the room. "

"This property was great. The staff were friendly, professional and kind. I had a spectacular view. It is great for a solo traveler or a small family. The location was good but not in the center of everything, keeping it quiet. I like to walk so getting to most tourist destinations wasn’t bad -appx 20-30 mins depending where you would like to go. The rooms were clean but the building is very old so you see some cracks on the walls. I would highly recommend it! "
