"Staff were mostly very helpful apart from one of the male reception managers who was rude and dismissive. Housekeeping was generally very good , didn't always replenish toiletries or wash crockery in the room pool area ok not attractive and overlooking the road. It isn’t really a 5 star hotel 4 star at best. Breakfast was good but in a room which was hot and stuffy next to the car park. No where outside to eat breakfast. Definitely upgrade to a sea view room otherwise you are looking at a block...

"We have just had a 3 night stay at the Hotel and it was lovely. When we arrived the reception staff were very friendly and gave us a brief tour, when our room was ready we were again escorted there by a member of reception.
