"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"Overall, this is a good hotel with excellent facilities, especially the water park, which is the highlight of the resort. There are a few areas that could be improved. The breakfast is very repetitive, with almost the same selection every day. Reception staff are polite, but there are not enough of them during busy periods, resulting in long waits. Housekeeping could also be more thorough, as the beds are not always cleaned or made to a good standard. Unfortunately, a power bank was reported...

Nous avons trouvé des fourmis dans notre chambre, ce qui a déjà été décevant. Encore plus surprenant, nous avons aussi trouvé des fourmis dans un verre que nous avions commandé.
