"Good place to stay."

"Localización y tamaño. Falta mantenimiento: el agua se va varias veces a lo largo del día por falta de presión, el extractor de la cocina no funcionó en 10 días a ninguna hora, y la ventana del dormitorio estaba rota, no se pudo abrir en 10 días. A los 5 días de estar allí se descolgó hacia dentro con el viento y tuvieron que apuntalarla con un palo para que no se cayera. Así estuvo los 5 días restantes."

"Very happy with our stay, nice decor, convenient location, nice pool"

"Wonderful hotel, staff were lovely and helpful. One criticism is that booking restaurants on the all-inclusive was not easy, you could not book before you got there and when you are there we couldn't book for a few"

"La Propiedad está muy bien ubicada, está muy limpia, buen desayuno, muy buenas atenciones aunque el personal que se encarga de reponer agua, té y cambiar los vasos no lo está haciendo o por lo Menos a mí no me cambiaron los vasos, tuve que solicitar a recepción que repusieran el agua al igual que el té y que cambien los vasos"

"This place was great. The staff were super friendly. The Hotel was perfect location to reach everything we wanted to reach. We had a rental car which opened us to explore what the local scene had to offer. Beaches, Night markets, Supermarkets, Late night local Ice creams shops, Festivals, the lot! Underground parking was excellent at keeping the car cool. Rental towels (10 euro Cash deposit each) were very convenient as we were travelling very light. The Aqua Park was great fun. Be sure to check...

"Very nice hotel , wonderful location the views from our room were spectacular, well located to spend your time exploring the area , we took in the one restaurant dinner and service were excellent , the breakfast buffet was good , our last morning the buffet was busy and our service was none existent , no coffee or even a request for any the half hour we ate. This should not happen at a luxury hotel. One evening the main lobby bar Azur was in disarray ,service was very poor. The food once...

"The breakfast is good but cleanliness of the room is poor. Found strains of hair on the floor and sound proofing was bad. Considered overpriced with such room condition. "

"Location !! Near everything. A wonderful gem !"

"The facility was clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. We chose to stay here because of its convenient location near the airport, as we had a flight departing the following day. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great choice for travelers needing easy access to the airport."

"Wonderful stay, staff excellent and rooms lovely and clean. Perfect location"

"This is the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Very beautiful & most importantly, clean. Definitely will be returning."

"This was, by far, one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The walkway was ancient, rundown, and felt downright unsafe. The rooms? Beyond outdated—borderline uninhabitable. To make matters worse, the lift was old, creaky, and felt incredibly unsafe. How this hotel ever received a rating of 8.0 is beyond comprehension. It’s shocking and unacceptable that Hotel.com would allow such a misleading rating to stand. I trusted your platform to guide me toward quality stays, but this was a complete...

"Clean room, breakfast was very tasty nice selection. Air conditioning randomly started blowing hot air at night, every night which made the room very hot and uncomfortable. Ending up turning it off at night opening the undoes. Staff was very helpful and kind"
