"Our stay was okay, but a few small details could be improved. The studio wasn’t on the highest floor as expected, there was no hand wash, and only half a roll of toilet paper was provided. These simple touches would make a big difference, especially for families travelling from afar. We were also asked to cancel our unrefundable booking, which caused some confusion, and check-in instructions were not sent 24 hours in advance, making arrival less smooth. "The hotel was amazing, and the location was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect place to enjoy the beach and relax by the swimming pools, which were excellent for both adults and children. It is a fantastic place for families, especially if you are looking for somewhere peaceful and quiet to relax away from the busy city. The whole atmosphere was very relaxing, and we really enjoyed our time there. The breakfast was also excellent, with a great variety of choices to suit everyone. The staff were kind, welcoming, and very helpful, from the moment we checked in and throughout our entire stay. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and really enjoyed our stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families looking for a relaxing beach getaway."

"We had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this apartment, especially for families. The host was very responsive, helpful, and quick to reply whenever we needed anything. All the check-in instructions were clear and well organized, and the video guide made it extremely easy to find the car parking and complete the check-in smoothly. The apartment was spacious, very clean, comfortable, and secure, with plenty of space for my family. The location is also excellent — it’s only around a 10-minute walk to Genting SkyAvenue, with a convenient bridge connecting the apartment building to the area. Another big advantage is having shops and restaurants within the apartment building, which made everything very convenient. Overall, a fantastic place to stay in Genting. Great location, clean and spacious apartment, excellent security, and a very helpful host. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay here again!"

"The 3 bedrooms are just nice for my family, the room are clean and new, walking distance to Genting Highlands indoor and outdoor theme parks. It has nice views and a jacuzzi at balcony. We have fun staying. We stayed one night, would suggest stay at least 2 nights."

"Very recent refit and the rooms are well appointed with a spectacular view of the golf course I’d definitely recommend getting a room facing the golf course. Otherwise the Oakwood lounge on the top floor offers the same views. It is well situated in the middle with Brinchang area north and Tanah Rata south of hotel. The staff are very helpful and even emailed me with a pdf file of must do’s. Easy to use Grab to get out to the attractions and for other restaurants. The breakfast is ok. Bed was comfortable but the best is the new linen and fluffy new towels."
