"We have stayed in this Hotel a few times and we really like the location and the friendliness of the staff. They are doing alterations to the reception area but it did not affect us at all. The staff are very friendly and helpful and breakfast was very good."

"Excellent trip from start to finish. We arrived early, but the rooms were already ready. And we got a fantastic upgrade! The concierge helped us plan out our sightseeing for the following day, as well as made a great dinner recommendation and reservation. Drinks and food at Peacock Alley and the Caley bar were excellent. The service was wonderful - I wish I could remember all the staffs’ name who assisted us. Thanks for an excellent stay! "

"Very good welcome, arrived a little earlier than the check in which was no worries at all. Left bags & returned a little later. The bags were taken to the room, the room was great, very pleased with it in all manners. The location was fantastic & we had a great time in Edinburgh. Loved it & wouldn't hesitate to stay here again. "
