Breakfast was nice, staff were very helpful. Location was great, opposite train station, tram from airport, buses into city centre close by. No coffee facilities in the bedroom, but they had fresh tea and coffee and reception whenever you wanted it. Bar restaurant next door. Rooms small and cozy, but beds and showers were lovely.

The people working there were SUPER friendly and professional... I asked them for directions and reservations to restaurants and taxi to go to the airport and every time they were spot on. The food is served at the bar next to them and it was buffet style very fresh and delicious.

The staff were very friendly and happy to help. Brilliant location, right next to the Haymarket train and tram stations. Good links for buses and taxis too. Platform 5 pub attached to the hotel is very good, pleasant atmosphere, food and drinks. The room could have been a bit cleaner, in particular the floors. The duvet was incredibly thick, coupled with the fact the windows were screwed shut and the air conditioning would only go to a minimum of 20 degrees, it made for quite a warm night.

Its a conveniently located gotel across from Haymarket station. The stff were kind and helpful. Th rooms are small butvery clean and the beds are comfortable. I rhink it wad a bit overpriced but ot wad Easter weekend and near o city cemter so it's to be somwhat expected. My wife and I would stay here again.

The main entrance is fresh and modern with excellent and friendly staff. Free filter coffee and tea available at all times. Room was very clean however, the bed was small, rock hard with uncomfortable pillows. Having hard floors also meant the room was quite loud. Can't beat the location but, expected more for the price.

Staff polite and very helpful. Room and shower room are compact - enough room to move about (I was on my own with a smaller sized bag; 2 and large suitcases would feel right ) - so there would be no swinging of cats. Sufficient for an overnight stay. Booked a windowless room as it was only for 1 night. Didn’t bother me, the curtain gave the impression of a window. Obviously no clue how bright or dry the day was (but then it is Edinburgh!). 2nd stay in 6 months (windowed room wasn’t much bigger). Convenient for Haymarket station, trams and buses.
